OK, every time I look at this, I fail to grasp what the hell's going on.
Hoefler is working fine, but no matter how I try to access Myriad or
Gill Sans, I end up with:
*** font texnansi-utmr8a not found in psfonts.map or host system; will
substitute Helvetica glyphs
... and Helvetica!
