Because someone's going to look at the archives and wonder, this should
more correctly be:
\definefontsynonym [FO:Hoefler:normal:normal:smallcaps] [HoeflerSmCap]
...with the font-weight attribute in the corresponding XML stripped out.
Oops. I speak FO only with the help of a phrase book.
