FYI,
- there is a context/foxet path with example (test) files
- there are two modes
texexec --foxet --mode=fo-pt
will process in passivetex body mode (i.e. slightly different calculation of areas)
texexec --foxet --mode=fo-no-mp
will not generate mp backgrounds (temp switch, i will speed this up)
